There is an $89.00 diagnostic fee, which is good Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.
After hours 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri and weekends, the diagnostic fee is $120.00.
Holidays are an additional charge.
The diagnostic fee includes our service technician to come to your home and look over your entire system. He will then consult with you and inform you of what is wrong and go over prices. He will not do any repairs to your unit until you have ok’d the amount.
